He brings that infrastructure discipline to Silver Bear, where he owns media buying, analytics, and every line of software the business runs on.

Co-Founder, Operations
Brian has spent years in B2B account management and revenue operations, managing partner relationships and high-stakes, compliance-heavy transactions where accuracy and follow-through decide the outcome. At Silver Bear he owns the operations loop: buyer and network relationships, call quality review, and reconciliation of every billable call against partner reports.
